Parents, fans, and athletes just need to sign up for their FREE My Pressbox account and pick your team as a favorite.  They will be instantly added to your fan list in Pressbox.  All coaches have to do when they're ready to get the word out about something is login to My Pressbox and add their Chalkboard message.  Everyone following your team will receive an email with your message and see the post on their My Pressbox page.
